A candidate seeking admission for the First Year B.B.A. (Artificial Intelligence) and B.Sc. (Artificial Intelligence) programs at Symbiosis
Artificial Intelligence Institute, Pune, have to appear for the SET 2026, which is conducted
twice(in May 2026) in CBT mode at multiple test centres across India.
Step 1: SET Exam and SAII Institute Registration
- The candidate has to register for the SET examination via the SET Registration Portal: Registration through SET by paying INR 2250/-. The registration will
close on April 15, 2026.
- Remember SETID and Pwd for further admission process.
- Then do the institute registration of 1000/- rs for the SAII B.Sc. (Artificial Intelligence) and/or B.B.A. (Artificial Intelligence)
via the SET Registration Portal. The registration will close on 18th May, 2026.

- Please note that Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Along with SET registration, SAII institute registration is mandatory for admission.
Candidates failing to pay will not be included in the merit list or branch allocation.

Step 2: Download the Admit Card and appear for the SET examination
- Once registered for the SET examination, the student can download the admit card from www.set-test.org. April 24, 2026,
onwards.
- Appear for SET examination on the selected date (Test-1: 02nd May 2026, 09.00 am to 10.00 am
, Test-2: 10th May 2026, 09.00 am to 10.00 am)
Step 3: Result Declaration
- Results can be checked and scorecards downloaded from www.set-test.org

Result Declaration Date: May 20, 2026 (Wednesday)
- Complete the SAII Institute registration of 1000/- rs if not completed by 18th May,2026
- Receive Merit List declaration email from 23rd May 2026.
Step 4: Merit Listing & Slot Booking for Online Personal Interaction (PI)
- The list of eligible candidates shortlisted for PI will be announced on 23rd May 2026.
- Shortlisted candidates must book their PI slot between 24th May and 27th May 2026 for B.Sc. (Artificial Intelligence) / B.B.A. (Artificial Intelligence).
Step 5: Appear for Online Personal Interaction (PI)
- Online PI will be conducted between 1st June and 6th June 2026.

Step 6: Merit List Announcement
- The merit list will be prepared based on:
- Merit List Declaration: 19th June 2026
Step 7: Admission Confirmation
- Selected candidates must confirm their admission by paying the programme fees within the deadline mentioned in the offer letter sent via email.
After fee payment, candidates interested in hostel accommodation must apply through the SIU Finance portal mentioned in the offer letter sent via email.
(Hostel seats are available on a first come first serve basis, based on availability.)
Step 8: Eligibility Process for Admitted Candidates
- After paying the first instalment of fees, students will receive an email from the SIU Eligibility Section.
- Candidates must log in to the SIU Finance and Eligibility Portals using their student registration credentials.
- Students are required to download, complete, and upload documents as mentioned in the email sent by the SIU Eligibility Section.
Guidelines for Document Upload
- Upload one PDF per mandatory document containing scans of both sides/all pages.
- Ensure all scans are clear, legible, and complete.
- Save and click the Submit button after uploading documents on the portal.
